Cleveland and Columbus: Customer Experience and Delivery Specialists

Role Overview: We're looking for a reliable, energetic team member who loves helping people, working with flowers, and making every experience special - whether greeting guests in the shop, guiding them at our Flower Bar or ensuring deliveries arrive beautifully and on-time. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, helping them find what they're looking for 
• Fulfill daily orders for pickup and delivery
• Handle retail sales in-store and over the phone
• Make timely, friendly deliveries
  
• Care for fresh flowers, process and maintain quality product
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and inviting

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Customer Service preferred.
• Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required).
• Floral Skills: Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide thorough design training for the right hospitality leader.
• Availability: Reliable and available to work approximately 10-16 hour per week, including weekdays and weekends

Working Conditions

• Status: Part-time (10-16 hours per week).
• Availability: Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts; includes occasional evenings and holidays.
• Physical: Ability to bend, stretch, and lift/move at least 40 pounds.
