Customer Experience and Delivery Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member who loves helping people, working with flowers, and making every experience special — whether greeting guests in the shop, guiding them at our Flower Bar, or ensuring deliveries arrive beautifully and on time.

About Us:
Blossom is a full-service florist creating arrangements for birthdays, celebrations, sympathy, and just-because moments. Our shops feature a Flower Bar where guests create their own bouquets stem by stem, and we host events and workshops that bring people together through flowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, helping them find what they're looking for 
• Fulfill daily orders for pickup and delivery
• Handle retail sales in-store and over the phone
• Make timely, friendly deliveries
  
• Care for fresh flowers, process and maintain quality product
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and inviting

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Floral knowledge and/or design experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable and available to work approximately 10-14 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends

 

Columbus - 10-14 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings

Cleveland (Lakewood and Chagrin) - we're not currently hiring but we're always happy to accept resumes and expressions of interest for future opportunities
